Job Summary: The Alliance Manager for our Emerging Partners (and others as identified/assigned) will work closely with ID's inside and field sales teams, internal support organizations and partners to drive opportunities, remove technical barriers, architect business solutions, and close the sale. This is a sales role that must meet/exceed quota on a quarterly and annual basis. Job Responsibilities: -Partner/Customer Advocacy focused on product sales, services and solutions. -Takes lead role to ensure that the ID solutions are comprehensive, achieve customer goals and provide an outstanding customer experience. -Responsible for forging strong working relationships with all ID Salesâ?"ISR and AE. -Actively pursue and hunt for new product business opportunities keeping Revenue and GPM in mind. -Network within the industry to bring new product client contacts to ID Sales. -Identify/develop key partner strategies for specific technology solutions aligned with ID Corporate strategy. -Communicate effectively at all client levels, including Executive company officials. -Successfully manage all phases of the business development cycles from pre-sales, proposal development and client presentations. -Proactively approach the market segment through active leadership in industry and partner organizations (AFCEA, Partner Councils, etc.) -Facilitate excellent client relationships for incremental business and revenue growth. -Prepare and submit business plans in support of new partner programs and solutions. -Drive opportunities within Partner community for accurate forecasting. Responsible for the compliance and maintenance of assigned Partnerships including: -Reseller agreements -Forecasting -Certifications -Quarterly / Annual Business Reviews -New partner programs participation -Tracking Sales, Marketing Development Funds, and Rebates Job Qualifications: -8-10 years of exceptional experience in Sales, Partner Management and Business Development. -5 solid years of Product Sales or Channel Management experience -Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota. -Strong experience negotiating with Senior Management levels within partner community. -Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. -Extensive experience and good standing relationship with Amazon Web Services Citrix, Splunk, Centrify is highly desirable.
