Key Deliverables:
– Develop the marketing platform in the Asia region and provide marketing support to the institutional, private banking and third party distribution sales channels. Actively contribute to the strategic and tactical promotion of our entire product range across alternative investments, emerging markets, traditional investment solutions, exchanged traded funds and indexing.
– In collaboration with the Zurich and NY product RFP teams, support new business opportunities by taking responsibility for the delivery of high quality request for proposals from clients.
– Provide distribution channels and clients in Asia with timely, customized and value-added collateral for new product launch, sales and client retention.
– Develop content and update materials for APAC- and EM-based products to ensure active communication to all stakeholders. Collaterals include client newsletters, pitchbooks, fund profiles and FAQs. Where possible, leverage existing marketing collaterals produced globally.
– Manage and co-ordinate promotional concepts including product calls, fund manager roadshows, client events, conferences, product campaigns and PR/branding activities.
– Work closely with Legal and Compliance departments to ensure client materials are in accordance with firm’s policies and local regulations for external distribution.
– Collaborate with teams to enhance communication and efficiently manage pipeline opportunities across products.
– Working on one-bank collaboration projects/ad hoc initiatives
Dynamic individual with strong communication and written skills, efficient at multi-tasking and highly responsible that seeks to work and develop knowledge across investment products.
Experience, Skills and Attributes:
– Relevant 3-5 years of solid marketing, sales or product experience in the asset management industry
– SFC licensed
– CFA preferred
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in Excel and Macro
– Excellent PowerPoint, graphics and publishing skills
– Strong product and financial knowledge
– Good working knowledge of Excel and Bloomberg
– Highly organized and resourceful with a strong focus on timely delivery
– Attention to detail
– Ability to manage their own workload
– Ability to interact with internal colleagues and external clients at all levels
– Well developed numerical and analytical skills
– Proactive team player with a “can do” attitude
– Works well under pressure
AM Marketing team sits within the asset management business of Credit Suisse. The role bridges and connects products with sales. Marketing team provides marketing support to distribution bankers in the institutional and private banking channels in the Asia Pacific region.
