AML Advisor – Private Bank recruitment
The Role
This is a broad based role whereby you will need to think on your feet, handle changing priorities and confidently champion a culture of compliance across the business.
Other key tasks may include but not be limited to:
- Identify risk and gaps where new policy or procedure is needed
- Partner with the business to provide a commercially focused advisory service without minimizing control standards
- Maintain enhanced controls for high risk clients and contribute to the identification and approval process of such clients.
- Maintain policies and procedures in accordance with regulation
Experience
This is a broad based AML role. Your previous experience may have been gained within a KYC/EDD capacity or Transaction Monitoring role and you are looking to take the step in to a more Advisory role. Or you may bring to the table AML Advisory experience and want to apply your skills within a positive but challenging environment.
You will have:
- A minimum of 4 years AML or KYC compliance experience preferably gained within a Private Bank environment (this is preferred although not essential)
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build consensus and influence.
- Ability to work effectively as a team
