Main Tasks:
Identification and prevention of general compliance and reputation risks from business relationships domiciled in Central and Eastern Europe
Onboarding of new clients: To assess and decide about Due Diligence Requests from the Region Central and Eastern Europe
To train and advise Origination in Due Diligence related matters
To take over other compliance related tasks as far as required
Your profile:
Good knowledge about the Region Central and Eastern Europe, it's society, political situation and economies/markets
Good banking know how, over all Wealth Management products, knowledge in other products an advantage
Knowledge about Swiss anti-money laundering regulatory framework
Working experience in banking/compliance is an additional asset
Fluency in English and French or German, working knowledge in Russian, other local languages an advantage
Structured and exact working based on analytical and logical way of thinking, good communication skills, trustworthiness and stress resistence.
Ability to take sound judgements under pressure.
Presentation skills and willingness to give trainings
IT skills: knowledge of MS Office
