AML Senior Manager
Excellent opportunity for an experienced AML Manger to join a very well established bank in a newly created position, during a time of exciting change. This newly created position offers the chance to join a growing team, career progression and stakeholder engagement. Big 4 experience is highly regarded.
The role is act as a true AML adviser, supporting the business and numerous projects in ensuring the ongoing compliance to AML requirements.
Role Responsibilities;
- Provide support and guidance to projects and initiatives. Acting as the SME on AML to advise and support the business on key initiatives.
- Ensure that projects are aligned to AML requirements
- Continue to promote a culture of Risk and Compliance across the business
- Implement, review and monitor the Compliance plans
- Ensure ongoing BAU and AML remediation
- Prepare reports for the Risk Committee
- Drive initiatives across the business
Role Requirements
- Big 4 experience highly desired
- At least 6 years risk and compliance experience
- In-depth understanding of AML, KYC and sanctions
- Project management exposure
- Excellent communication, presentation and written skills
- Stakeholder engagement
