We are a privately held well established wholesale life insurance brokerage agency.

 

We need internal marketers to help us service independent insurance agents and recruit new agents.

 

We provide the infrastructure and resources marketers need to be successful, including leads, prospects, and access to make money by servicing our existing accounts.

 

We’ve got the tools, you provide the talent!

 

Opportunities exist at our home office near Orlando, FL, and for the right individuals, to telecommute from the location of their choice.

 

Internal marketers must have some experience in the life insurance business, and must have experience managing a book of business.

 

All of our relationships are long-distance, built and maintained over the phone and email (no travel required). You must have a track record of building solid relationships without face-to-face contact.

 

Our recruiting activities are based on a very long sales cycle – patience and persistence are a must!

 

This is an independent sales and marketing position, so you absolutely must be self-motivated, able to prioritize many tasks, and stay organized without constant supervision.

 

Our back-office systems are state of the art, and we will provide all of the technology and training internal marketers need to be successful.

 

Candidates must be willing to follow our proven process, not try to reinvent the wheel, and work well in a self-managed team environment.

 

What Our Marketers Do:

 

·         RECRUIT insurance agents to write business with the 50 life insurers we represent
 

·         ENCOURAGE the agents to write life insurance business through us
 

·         ADVISE agents on the best products and strategies for their clients, and help them grow their practice
 

·         SERVICE, service, service the agents by providing quotes, marketing materials, and making them feel like someone is looking out for their interests
 

·         FIND referrals and creative ways to expand relationships
 

·         STAY motivated and focused on growing the book of business

 

 

 

Compensation:

 

We want our marketers to be successful and eventually become wealthy.

 

A first-year stipend is provided to help new marketers get off the ground.

 

First-year income potential is $50k to $60k. Second year income potential $150k +.

 

If you are comfortable making less than $100k per year for the rest of your life, this position is not for you – please look somewhere else.

 

 

 

Education:

 

Insurance and finance credentials are preferred, but not required:

 

·         Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU)

·         Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)

·         Registered Health Underwriter (RHU)

·         Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)

·         CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®)

·         Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI)

·         Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

·         Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

 

We provide educational opportunities for our internal marketers to earn these kinds of credentials.

 

 

Experience with normal office applications (word processing, spreadsheets, email) is a must. Experience with CRM is preferred, but not required.

 

Social media is a major emerging marketing channel for us, and familiarity with social media is preferred.

 

Candidates absolutely must be comfortable working with numbers, performing analysis and comparisons, and making clear, concise recommendations.
