Key Roles Responsibilities

- Achieve budgeted revenue and other campaign targets
- Market new business, increase gross profitability to the Division in line with internal policies, underwriting standards and Customer Due Diligence policy.
- Cross sell various bank products, primarily on cash, trade and Global Markets.
- Monitor and manage product utilisation.
- Provide high quality customer service on enquiry, transactions handling and offer operational solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Promptly attend to excesses / bills referrals in accordance with the Bank's policy
- Monitor risks on daily basis, ensure prompt reporting and take appropriate actions to deal with irregularities. Job holder is accountable for any losses occurring in his / her portfolio.

Qualifications Skills

- University degree or similar
- Track record of marketing / selling
- Banking experience preferred
- A team player with good organization skills
- Good command of English and Mandarin speaking
- Good MS Applications skills
