Analyst – M&A, Hong Kong recruitment
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential clients and transactions
- Undertake research and analysis, develop financial models, perform valuation and financial analyses and prepare new proposals
- Support the execution of mandated transactions including managing client relationships, assisting in the documentation process, coordinating the activities of the working group as well as liaising with the relevant authorities
Key Competencies
- Minimum Honors Degree from a reputable university
- Professional CFA qualification and/or an MBA
- MUST speak and write Mandarin
- At least 2 years’ experience in financial services
- Possess good accounting knowledge, strong analytical, communications and writing skills, with proven ability to perform financial modeling and financial analysis
- Highly proficient in EXCEL, Powerpoint and word processing applications
- Good organizational ability, methodical and with a keen eye for detail
