Analyst 1, 2 or 3 – M&A Corporate Finance recruitment
A leading mid market corporate finance boutique are looking for an Analyst 1, 2 or 3 to join their busy team in London. The team works on cross border MA transactions and have closed recent deals in the US, Scandinavia and France.
The boutique provides a full range of corporate finance advice, including:
- Mergers Acquisitions
- Debt Equity Funding
- Restructuring
- MBOs
Specialist teams cover sectors such as Consumer / Retail, TMT, and FIG.
Typical deal size is £10m - £500m predominantly with entrepreneurs of SMEs rather than large corporates or private equity funds. The team is made up of roughly 50 bankers.
Differentiators
- Bonuses are all paid in cash with the average Associate 1 being paid an 80-100% cash bonus this year.
- Candidates will get significant exposure to clients with the example given of Analysts leading transactions.
- The team is made up of ex-bulge bracket bankers so there is a significant opportunity to learn and get exposure to senior management, increasing a candidates learning curve
- International deals with some travel involved
Candidates will have at least 1 relevant internship at a bank or boutique in MA and will have excellnet financial modeling and valuation skills.
