Analyst 2 or 3 – M&A Investment Banking recruitment
A leading investment bank with offices located throughout the world are looking for an Analyst 2 or 3 to join their corporate finance team based in London. The team focus on MA, Capital Markets and Restructuring transactions across a variety of different sectors such as Industrials, Healthcare, Consumer / Retail and Metals Mining.
The team is currently made up of 90+ bankers in London and have completed deals valued upwards of $4b over the last 12 months. They work with a network of Multinational Companies, Private Equity Funds and Sovereign Wealth Funds throughout EMEA.
They have a very good structure to their business which allows more junior candidates to grow and progress their career, working directly with senior bankers from the likes of JP Morgan and Citigroup.
- Candidates with have 1+ year of experience from a bulge bracket bank or leading boutique
- Candidates with have good awareness of financial modeling skills such as DCF and LBO analysis
- Candidates will be client-facing and will enjoy the challenge of working directly with clients and senior management
