Analyst 3, Engineering OperationsNew Product Integration and Operations Improvement
Tasks: - Collects, processes, and analyzes data to provide high-priority recurring and ad-hoc reports. - Ensures policy compliance between Engineering, business, and third party vendor groups. - Partners with team members and business leaders to develop and understand metrics packages. - Partners with team members to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to determine areas of improvements including gains and in the efficiency and reliability of reporting. - Consults, as necessary, with internal and external leadership. Leads and provides expertise in cross-functional projects. - Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Operations lead for the introduction and deployment of all Enterprise Services (Cell backhaul, Metro-E, etc ) to include process development, tools requirements, staff training, metrics and escalations. Perform direct RCA support for National Technical Operations (Voice, Network) and maintain governance of RCA process performance company wide. Analyze all outage documentation and implement corrective actions targeting improvements to network and voice infrastructure, processes, tools and training. Requirements Requirements: - Bachelors Degree or Equivalent - Engineering - - Generally requires 5-7 years related experience 1. Demonstrated success leading cross functional teams 2. Solid technical knowledge of the Comcast network and voice architecture (or ability to learn quickly). 3. Experience with Oracle and Oracle BI or other business intelligence reporting tools/databases. 4. Strong analytical and process development skills 5.
