Customer Technical Training Analyst (Amalga)
6 month contract (possibility of extension)
Travel includes Orange, Sonoma, and Napa counties
Pay Rate: Maximum of $40/hr W2 basis

Responsible for the delivery of technical training courses to external customers. Interacts with customer and functional organizations to identify content needs of courses. Curriculum content includes, but is not limited to, client hardware and software, enterprise server and software products/solutions, enterprise storage solutions/products, data networking solutions/products and IT management techniques and strategies. Trainers will utilize stand-up teaching and presentation skills, visual and audio equipment and courseware resources to deliver the training.
Principal Accountabilities
-Delivers technical training curriculum to customers through a combination of lecture and hands-on lab exercises.
-Meets or exceeds quality targets for instructor performance.
-Executes best practices for ensuring excellence in instructor training and performance.
-Attends ramp sessions for delivery staff to work with development team to build skills in all training deliverables and tools that correlate with the level of knowledge required to support the products at the highest level of competence.
-Conducts pilot training and provides feedback to adjust materials to better serve customers.
-Assists in the review of new training materials by analyzing customer feedback and providing feedback for recommended revisions to course curriculum developers.
-Provides feedback to leadership on classroom performance and customer experiences and recommend actions for improvement.
