Analyst
An interesting opportunity has become available for a Top 4 Auditor/ Risk Consultant or Management Consultant at one of the world’s most iconic banks. As part of a niche team you will play an active part in developing Scenario Workshops, which will be significant in Resolution and Recovery planning.
The key part of the role will be the development and design of facilitated workshops which form a part of resolution controls integral to the overall RRP document. This will involve numerous projects, interaction with stakeholders, production of reports, organisation of workshops, extensive planning and eventual delivery.
Responsibilities:-
- Day-to-day management of the conformance validation controls and process to ensure the Resolution Submission documents meet the requirements for the FSA
- Develop workshop designs using scenario concepts, plans, storyboard, logistics and all other appropriate documentation tasks for complex workshops
- Responsible for project plan of the team workshops and conformance validation
- Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and ownership, providing input to and helping improve stakeholder relationships
- Communicate latest position on activities to all stakeholders and engagement managers
You will ideally have the following skills
- Ability to pick up new concepts quickly
- A common-sense approach to problem solving with an ability to summarise a complex situation in a simple, communicable manner
- Strong planning, organisation and coordination skills
- Experience of designing large, complex workshops with subject matter experts
- Awareness of Recovery and Resolution
- Experience ideally within the financial services industry
- Education to degree level or equivalent with relevant work experience

Background can be Top 4, Top 20, Management Consultancy, Banking or Financial Services in general provided the candidate has good communication skills, is highly organised, is consultative and has shown they can deliver projects
