* Make financial, economic, and sector analysis of companies, produce analysis of research and studies, forecast earnings and prospects, and make investment recommendations.

* Identify investment opportunities based on financial analysis of publicly traded securities; analyze the real estate sector by developing valuations of real estate companies based on documentation submitted and financial reports, on-site visits and meetings with managers, as well as external audit involving various economic agents.

* Develop and use databases, spreadsheets and forecasting models for the preparation of research reports. 

* Put in place initiatives and projects to improve the effectiveness of portfolio management procedures and systems.  

* Establish relationships with the business community to promote the organization's services and ensure a constant presence in the real estate sector.

* Develop in-depth real estate expertise and knowledge and keep pace with changes and innovations in the industry.

* Ensure constant communication of knowledge within the team.

Qualifications;

* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline

* A master's degree in a relevant discipline would be an important asset

* CFA, an Asset

* 4-6 years of relevant experience  

* Professional designation would be an asset

* Excellent mastery of financial modelling for valuation of publicly traded companies

* Excellent communication skills

* Bilingualism - English French, an asset

* Knowledge of another language is an asset

* Knowledge of the real estate sector in an international context or experience on foreign investment projects

* Willingness to travel outside the country
