Analyst / Associate Corporate Finance – Healthcare M&A recruitment
A leading advisory boutique with offices throughout EMEA are looking for a Senior Analyst or Associate 1 or 2 to join their team healthcare team in London. The boutique have 100+ bankers in Europe with a strong network across Asia and the US. They have significant deal flow which is why they are looking for additional support.
The boutique work on a range of MA and capital market transactions generally in the mid market space with multinational companies, private equity funds and SMEs. The boutique are consistently top-ranked in terms of deal flow and this gives members of the team lots of responsibility both in exsposure to senior management and clients.
The healthcare team work across pharmaceutical, life sciences, medtech and biotechnology. They have a good range of international clients and existing relationships to network off.

Requirements:
- Finance or medial related degree
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector - specific understanding of the medical profession desirable
- Financial valuation and modelling skills
- Another European language desirable
- 2 - 5 years of experience in corporate finance ideally from a leading boutique or Bulge bracket bank
