Analyst – Associate recruitment

This leading investment bank is seeking an experienced Corporate Actions professional to join the highly successful team.

Key responsibilities:

Processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions across various markets

Reconciling positions and subsequently the entitlements due from corporate actions

Notifying both front office and clients of corporate actions that impact their positions

Processing of Income claims on Fixed Income products covering various markets. ? Sourcing and issuing election instructions on voluntary corporate actions

Calculating and generating the accounting to reflecting our payables and receivables
