The Company
Our client is a well-known investment bank that has won several rewards as being one of the leading financial institutions. They are currently looking for an analyst with previous experience to join their corporate finance desk. This candidate should have extensive knowledge and been previously exposed in MA deals from origination to execution.
The Role
• Assist in the development and creation of pitchbooks
• Advise clients on the pros and cons of MA deal
• Build financial models and have deep knowledge of excel
• Work together with Equity Capital Markets in security issuance and subscription of equity shares
• Work closely with associate in valuation of target firm
Your Profile
You will have at least 3 years of previous experience at an investment bank and have a finance degree from a well known academic institution. CFA charter holder preferred. You will have a solid understanding of mergers and acquisition transactions, as well as the steps taken to bring a private company to the public equity markets. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must.
