As a Private Banking analyst, you are responsible for providing general support to bankers. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Performing financial and valuation analysis
- Conducting industry and product research
- Preparing pitch book, presentation materials, client reports and briefings for senior bankers
- Conduct due diligence and KYC (Know your clients) research on prospect and clients
- Prepare materials and facilitate meetings, conferences and client events
Different assignments will be provided to successful analyst with practical exposure to the financial markets and enables him/her to sharpen the skill through a series of marketing and execution exercises
Skills
- University graduate in economics, finance or related discipline with around 2 to 3 years experience in the financial industry
- Sound knowledge of the financial industry, genuine interest in the financial market
- Have robust client and relationship building skills, have global mobility combined with cultural awareness
- Possess exceptional communication skills with good understanding of Mainland China culture
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, some Cantonese speaking abilities would be helpful
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills ; Detail-oriented and results-focused
- Able to work under minimal supervision; adaptable to work in demanding environment
- Possess commercial awareness, judgment and discretion in working with highly confidential information
