Analyst-Corporate Finance Industrials
At Deutsche Bank in the Americas, each industry is covered by senior professionals with specialist experience in advising clients and executing transactions. This provides our clients with access to an extensive skill and knowledge base from which they can leverage. Transactions usually range from advisory to capital markets-based, but given our focus on delivering the Firm to our clients, may include other areas of the Bank as well.
Americas industry coverage groups are looking for Jacksonville based bankers to work as part of its New York and Houston based teams. Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Pitching: (i) Economy, industry, company and product research, (ii) Company profiling, (iii) Financial modeling on both public and proprietary data, (iv) Building the valuation perspective (comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, DCF, Sum of the Parts, Leveraged Buyout Analysis), (v) Preparing pitch book information on regulatory and political aspects, (vi) Managing other logistics
Buy-side / Sell-side activities: (i) Assisting / coordinating the logistics of signing the deal, (ii) Conducting detailed company analysis, (iii) Preparing teasers for prospective bidders, (iv) Preparing presentation with key considerations for the transaction, (v) Building the operating model, (vi) Conducting due-diligence, (vii) Building valuation perspective, (viii) Creating the data room for bidders, and (ix) Assisting logistics of deal/closing the deal
Capital Markets Offerings: ((i) Assisting / coordinating the logistics of signing the deal, (ii)Preparing pitching, sales memo and arranging meetings with internal committees, (iii)Coordinating with research analysts, MA, sector coverage and ECM teams for pitches and investor feedback, (iv)Coordinating with syndicate team on pricing, (v)Arranging calls with clients/management, (vi) Participating in investor education and road shows (vii) Assisting in logistics for launching the deal
