The role
This team offer strategic capital structuring advice for the best possible restructuring and refinancing solutions. Debt Advisory provides independent advice to borrowers and issuers across the full range of debt instruments.
As an Analyst within Restructuring and Debt Advisory you will:
- Assist the team in executing new deal transactions;
- This includes financial modelling;
- Company and industry based research;
- You will work closely with the team to deliver transaction revenues and to structure innovative solutions for our clients;
- More tasks that are all related to Restructuring and Debt Advisory;
- Analysing and executing complex debt transactions, primarily focusing on debt restructuring.
Key Requirements
- A restructuring / debt advisory analyst at a recognised institution
- Knowledge of bankruptcies, balance sheet restructurings, distressed bond situations
- An excellent financial modeller (LBO or DCF)
