Analyst FIG M&A – UK Mid-Market recruitment

Our client is an established boutique investment bank with a focus on the financial institutions sector.  With a primary focus on the UK mid-market space, clients include banks, insurance companies and asset managers.  As the business continues to grow there is a requirement to hire an analyst with UK FIG corporate finance experience.

As an analyst you will primarily be working on the execution of MA mandates.  This will involve, building financial models, supporting on due diligence, supporting on negotiations.  In addition to these responsibilities you will also support senior bankers on the origination of new business.  This will include, working on pitch documents and presentations and market research.
