Analyst, Financial Control recruitment
Our client, a leading international investment bank, is seeking a motivated Analyst level accounting/finance professional with working knowledge of relevant accounting standards under both US GAAP IFRS to join the Local Entity Control team of their NY office.
The Legal Entity Control team is responsible for the financial statements of the firm’s numerous entities, and the Analyst will act as the primary point for all questions/issues relating to a select number of these entities. The Analyst will also assume responsibility for associated reporting, including monthly journal entries; monthly, quarterly annual disclosures.
The successful applicant will hold an undergraduate degree in accounting, business or finance and have at least 2+ years of relevant financial services experience, CPA preferred. Strong knowledge of MS Excel is required, Business Objects is held in high regard.
