The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in defining business processes and data structures for their front office systems as well as managing a technical BA team.
Essential skills
• Proven track record working in a Lead BA capacity delivering order management solutions
• Excellent data modelling skills of current/future state data models
• Manage business process reengineering changes end-to-end
• Ensure functional changes are tested before being implemented
• Strong UML skills
• Carry out functional impact analysis - working closely with the development and architecture teams
• Excellent knowledge of OMS solutions: Fidessa Latentzero, Charles River or Odyssey
• Excellent knowledge of Derivatives, Fixed Income, Structured Products
