Analyst, Financial Crime Compliance recruitment
The candidate will be an Analyst within the Investigations and Surveillance Unit, primarily responsible for:
- Investigation and preparation of reports to management on potentially suspect funds movement and or stock market abuse transactions
- Prepare Suspicious Activity Reports and ensure they are complete, accurate and filed in a timely manner
- Review Actimize surveillance alerts generated on both institutional and retail brokerage clients
- Liaise with compliance personnel across product lines to ensure unusual and suspicious activity is properly investigated and escalated
- Assist in AML transactional surveillance initiatives, including routine optimization of surveillance scenarios
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 2+ years AML investigation, surveillance and SAR filing experience in the brokerage industry
