This is a multitasking role for Global Markets ICG Business Management. The role comprises of the administrative tasks and MIS reporting will be an extension of NY based Business Management Group.
Primary Responsibilities
Support the onshore senior business management community on the MI Reporting Admin tasks
Support the onshore business managers in business analysis as desired by them
Work closely with the ICG Regional Business Management
Coordinating with the global business managers on various administrative queries pertaining to travel, subscription and invoice process/approval etc
Approval of travel, subscription, market data services, expenses, invoices etc
Need to ensure that new employees, temps, contractors and vendor resources start in a productive working environment on their first day at work.
Data maintenance by adding, deleting and updating approvers in various approval management systems
Health Safety on-line reviews and approvals
Process requests, update a database and provide regular status reports of any on/offboard a new hire/transfer/leaver requests.
Help preparation monthly MI for any/all of the process undertaken by the team
Maintaining work instruction manuals for the process
Timely updates to onshore BM and Admin community
Job Requirements
Strong English skills required. Ability to converse clearly with regional and global business managers
College degree, preferably bachelors degree in business/ Finance with 4+ years experience or Master with 3+ years experience
Experience of working in KPI-driven, performance-metric focussed, timeliness and quality focussed
Experience of mapping, onboarding and performing basic business processes
Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, solid organizational interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks, and meets strict deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, strong Excel and Word skills required
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize heavy workloads to ensure optimum service delivery
