Analyst, Investment Banking recruitment
You will assist and support the Mergers Acquisitions’ bankers in Investment Banking Department for deal execution through modeling, valuation, industry research, financial due diligence, preparation of pitchbooks, logistics arrangement and client liaison.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Finance / Banking Finance / Economics / Commerce.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in Mergers Acquisitions or Corporate Finance.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good interpersonal skill, team player, highly motivated independent, pleasant personality, resourceful with initiative.
