Analyst – M&A recruitment
This firm is very well known as a buy and sell side advisory and corporate restructuring specialist, and whilst a boutique, it competes successfully with bulge bracket banks on a global basis. It continues to attract very talented bankers and is looking for exceptional analysts to join it's growing team.
This position would suit a first or second year analyst at a top tier investment bank, either in an MA or sector team. You will be ambitious, driven and hungry for deal exposure and looking to work in an entrepreneurial, innovative working environment.
The successul candidate will have had substantial experience of financial modelling, industry analysis and due dilligence at a buldge braket bank in Asia.
Experience to MA transactions an advantage, but candidates with ECM DCM experience in a sector team will also be considered. Mandarin preferred, but not essential.
