Are you an experienced Analyst from a Consultancy, Investment Bank or Fund Manager who wants to take the next step into business development?
You will be responsible for identifying analysing potential new trends, markets, asset classes and opportunities in the Asia Pacific region. Where you will proactively make business recommendations based on new information, changes and developments triggered by both internal and external sources.
You will project manage the execution of approved business development or business improvement initiatives which includes but not limited to implementing access to new markets/platforms/asset classes. Whilst fostering maintaining excellent relationships with regulators, exchanges, brokerage houses, clearers, banks, technology vendors, lawyers and accountants through regular meetings.
To be considered you must:
· Have a thorough understanding of a wide range of financial products, particularly derivatives in equity markets.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Familiarity with the business processes and the workflows of securities trading organisations.
· Asian languages, such as Mandarin, Korean and Japanese would be advantageous.
