Analyst – Middle Office recruitment
Responsibilities
- Review of all the current Regulatory reporting across the middle office teams
- Ensure SOPs in place and that controls are robust and measurable
- Implement improvements to process and controls where necessary
- Establish MIS across all Regulatory reporting requirements across Middle Office
- Develop a migration plan for centralising Reg reporting functions within the new team where it makes sense to do so and implement the plan
- Monitor the incident reporting process and ensure remediation action plans are followed up and implemented
Requirements
- Candidate with 2-4 years Middle Office or Trade Support experience, from top tier bank preferred.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and deliver efficiently.
- Strong business sense especially with Operations risk and control.
- Strong Market and product knowledge
- Knowledge of front to back process.
- Strong excel skills – VBA, Macros
