Key Responsibilities
• To assist the Application Development Support team to perform IT support, system development and programming tasks
• Primarily responsible for IT system support, development, testing and implementation
• Perform the software testing to ensure the software quality can meet the standard
• Support User Acceptance Test (UAT)
• Liaise with vendors on system support and maintenance
• Provide application software development for the inhouse projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
• 1 to 3 years’ relevant working experience in securities industry
• Knowledge in Global Futures and FIX connectivity support will be an advantage
• In-depth programming knowledge in Java, C#, ASP.NET, and Crystal Report
• Hands-on experience with DB2, Oracle and MS SQL
• Perform night shift duty when required
• Regular travel to Mainland China when required
• Self motivated and able to work independently under minimal supervision
• Good interpersonal and analytical skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
