Reed are looking for a number of entrepreneurial sales oriented consultants or leaders who have previous experience in building a desk or business from scratch. In this role you will have complete autonomy to build and grow your business with the support of the worlds largest family owned Recruitment Company and the backing of a young dynamic leadership team. The prospects and opportunities that Reed can offer are limitless for the right individuals that deliver, from running a highly profitable local desk to regional teams or countries.

Essential

Senior Consultant
2-3 years successful recruitment experience and a desire to take your career to the next level.

Principle Consultant
4-6 years proven and highly successful recruitment experience with recommendations from your clients/candidates and the appetite to regionalise your business.

Team Leader
4-6 years proven and highly successful recruitment experience, 1+ years management experience, a reputation for being a manager that leads from the front and the ambition to manage regional teams or a country office.

Degree Educated.
Stable and progressive career history.
Reference upon request.
Oversees candidates considered.

Desirable
Spoken Cantonese or Mandarin a plus but not essential.
Local Experience.
