With additional offices in Bratislava, Malta and Jersey, we have assets under management of some €300m, exclusively provided by a small number of the wealthiest entrepreneurs in the region.
We invest via the Petrus Advisers Special Situations Fund, our long/short equity hedge fund, and in a series of control/private equity investments.
Our c. 25% stake in conwert Immobilien Invest SE, the Austrian/German leader in residential real estate investing was established in October 2010.
To strengthen our team, we would like to hire an Analyst in our Bratislava office.
Tasks would include:
• Screening and researching new investment ideas
• Business Planning and Budgeting
• Monitoring of and cooperation with existing portfolio companies
• Coordination with our fund administrator, controlling of trading accounts and cash management
• Preparing our investments’ reporting in coordination with our fund administrators and auditors
• Order placement and interaction with global investment banks and brokers
• Interaction and reporting with our lending banks
The ideal candidate is fluent in English (German and or Slovak would be appreciated) and shows enthusiasm and interest in equity markets, investing and finance.
Finance and accounting/controlling qualifications, the award of the CFA would be sought.
Previous work experience in banking/accounting is required.
The candidate will work in a young and entrepreneurial, international team of investment professionals with experience from the largest global financial institutions.
