Virtualization Programme Lead - Singapore
My client is a prestigious, niche business transformation consultancy headquartered in London. They have a highly skilled team of consultants working on some of the most exciting projects across UK, US and Asia for a number of Tier One Investment Banks. They have an excellent reputation in the market and an extremely strong pipeline of projects in Asia. This is a highly visible role and the project is crucial to the bank.
After winning a large transformation project with a Global Investment Bank in Singapore, they are currently looking for a Programme Lead for a 6 month rolling contract to run the major transformation of their APAC Data Centers. This is a large virtualization project to refresh all of the bank's applications and inefficient hosting locations. They are currently at the initial phase of the project and need a strong Virtualization expert to join as the key Project Manager to do the analysis, scoping and design. You will work closely with the bank infrastructure and application development teams to ensure highest quality architecture designs.
Suitable candidates should be a Virtualization expert with extensive experience with tools including: VMWare ESX/Vshpere, Citrix XenApp, P2V, ESX Ranger, Storage VMotion, VI Toolkit. You should solid project management and business analysis experience as well as a solid understanding of architectural design. This role involves and extensive amount of senior stakeholder management and candidates must strong communication skills. The client is a Tier One Global bank so suitable candidates must have experience working for a large bank, ideally in Asia.
