POSITION/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell-side investment banking assignments -- write memoranda, build financial models, identify potential buyers, help manage the MA and due diligence process, and drive successful deals
- Buy-side investment banking assignments -- identify acquisition candidates that fit the buyers' strategy, qualify potential targets, build financial models, help manage the MA and due diligence process, and drive successful deals
- Strategy consulting assignments -- execute engagements such as international joint ventures opportunities and/or licensing deals, (market landscape, identify growth rates and trends, SWOT analysis ), new business launches, and other strategy projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of investment banking, with a significant focus on mergers and acquisitions and/or
- 1-3 years of accounting, with a significant focus on transaction services
- Experience in the education, media or software industry a plus but not a requirement
- Track record of success
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Drive and energy to work hard and achieve success in an entrepreneurial environment
COMPENSATION:
Compensation is competitive with salary, and bonus.
