Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop subject matter expertise in unified managed accounts relating to operational processes and internal efficiencies
- Build and support financial advisor relationships
- Compile information from firm's financial advisors relating to clients needs and investment strategies within the program
- Serve as primary contact for evaluating and transmitting trade orders
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines, policies and regulations relating to investment operations
- Liaison between multiple in-house teams
- Manage program billing practice
- Create internal management reports
Qualification/Requirements:
- Must possess knowledge of financial products with investment advisory, bank or broker dealer operations experiences
- Self-motivated with close attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes within short timeframes
- Collaborative and cooperative approach to tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent oral, written and organizational skills
- Energy, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic
- Strong relationship building skills
- Qualified candidate must be inquisitive and solve problems creatively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in a team environment

Education/Training/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Two to four years experience working in the financial services industry
- Experience, credibility and ability to speak knowledgeably about basic investment products
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word
