Specifically our client is currently seeking to hire at Analyst level, with a preference for the Sydney location. They prefer 1-3 years experience in an investment bank, MA lawyer with top-tier law firm, or Big 4 Corporate Finance/Transaction Services team. Due to the strong record that this client has attached to its brand they are highly selective and wish that only true professional candidates apply.
Skills Required:
- Divestments, acquisitions, mergers, management buyouts
- Understanding all steps within a corporate finance transactions
- Experience on buy and sell side transactions in a range of sectors
- Financial modelling skills
- Identify risks and drivers in a transaction
- Communication, resource and time allocation skills
