Analyst Rotation Coordinator – based in London recruitment
The Role / Responsibilities:
The recently created Analyst Rotation Coordinator position will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the Analyst Rotation program for all Fundamental lines of business in Europe. The Analyst Rotation program is being introduced as part of the EU Regulation on Credit Rating Agencies requiremnts. This opportunity involves developing, implementing and managing all necessary processes, controls and reporting to ensure full compliance with the regulatory requirements. The role will require significant interaction with senior line of business managers and other internal clients from different teams and technical backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the Analyst Rotation program for all lines of business, except Structured Finance
- Develop, implement and manage all necessary processes, controls and reporting to ensure full compliance with the regulatory requirements
- Capture and disseminate data required for smooth running of implemented processes and controls
- Key contact point for all analyst rotation related questions
- Coordinate monthly reporting of rotation progress and work with MDs in the quarterly prioritisation of future rotations
- Monitor evolution of rotations and adherence to previously submitted plans
- Report progress to lines of business and senior management, highlighting complicated and critical cases
- Ensure critical upcoming rotations are proactively addressed and resolved
- Alert or escalate to the lines of business concerns raised by regional stakeholders, such as Country Managers or the Supervisory Board
- Coordinate testing, implementation and enhancement of IT tools
Qualifications:
- Strong academic background, Undergraduate degree required preferably in related field (Economics, Banking, Finance)
- Relevant direct project management, process-change and external reporting experience is essential
- Experience in a consulting or financial services firm is desirable
- Previous exposure to regulatory and compliance work would be highly beneficial
- Experience working with proprietary systems, databases and reporting tools; extract and manipulate large data sets to support reporting and analysis
- Prior experience working with senior managers and strong presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Teamwork and coaching skills
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Highly organised and efficient, with ability to multi-task and able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to work using own initiative and without close supervision
- Results oriented
- Fluency in English is essential
