HRIS Advisor recruitment
Located in Hong Kong, our client is a top tier Professional Services firm, looking for an HR generalist, with very strong reporting and HRIS background to join the growing HR team.

As an Advisor, the team will turn to you for all HR reporting and back office support, along with assistance on ad hoc generalist projects. Your main duties are around process improvement and taking the lead on policy and procedure alignment. You will also be the expert on all reporting and aligning PeopleSoft with manual processes.
The ideal candidate is someone who has strong PeopleSoft and Excel skills and is excited about improving the HR infrastructure. The role is split with generalist and reporting, so this candidate, must also have good, all-rounded HR exposure, preferably within professional services.
Fluency in English is essential, along with Cantonese and/or Mandarin skills. In addition, we are also looking for:
• 4-6 years generalist experience in professional services or HR consultancy
• Demonstration of expert level Excel and PeopleSoft experience
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple demands
• Must be currently located in Hong Kong
