Analyst / Senior analyst – Industrials investment banking – Dallas
My client is a mid market investment bank with a strong track record in advisory within the generalist and industrials space. They are seeking to add an analyst to the team , to be based in the Dallas area, the role is working closely with senior management across the US industrials coverage mandates. The team is a strong player in the mid market area and allows you to gain client exposure at a junior level
Main responsibilities:
- Creating financial models and cash flow models
- Valuations and due diligence of investments
- Execution on transactions
- Assisting in the business development and sourcing of new transactions
Experience required:
- 1 – 3 years of experience within investment banking , corporate finance or MA from a leading bank, boutique or advisory firm
- Strong modeling skills, valuations skills and execution capabilities
- Good team player and ability to communicate well with both internal and external parties
- Ideally exposure to industrials investment banking
