Analyst – Transaction Support recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing credit approval, credit agreements, facility letters and/or term sheets and summarize all pertinent material relating to administration of the accounts.

• Preparing the necessary documentation to activate/amend the facility, i.e. Loan Summary Form, Pre-closing memorandum

• Ensure the terms of the facility financing documentation are in accordance with the required credit approval memorandums.

• Update and create, where necessary, internal Middle Office spreadsheet(s) to track the reporting of: amortizations, outstanding balances, collateral safekeeping, debt service, etc., as activity occurs and on a periodic basis.

• Review loan draws and Letters of Credit issuances to ensure compliance with the applicable financing agreements.

• Update departmental client workbook, along with various internal spreadsheets, to monitor deal activities; such as, pricing and fee margin, loans and letters of credit increases/decreases, investment selection of cash deposit, inclusive of the interest/fee applications related to doubtful debts, debt service, etc., as applicable.

• Reconcile the departmental commitment and outstanding spreadsheet to the generated loan report(s). Identify and follow-up with any inconsistencies.

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience with Front or Middle Office financing activities

• Good understanding of cash, trade, and loan products and services intended for corporate clients with international activity

• Letters of Credit processing experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Language skills (French and Spanish verbal and written skills preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree required
