As an Analyst in this incredibly successful business you will be joining one of the most active and productive MA Investment Banking teams in Europe. Driven by extremely strong relationships in the financial sponsor community deal flow is excellent and compensation (all in cash) mirrors this.
Analysts will be given significant responsibility and are client facing from day one but must be prepared to work diligently to reach the highest standards. You will work directly with the senior team and those around you on all aspects of a transaction and will be staffed on cross border deals occurring all over Europe.
This is one of the most collegiate environments, where capability is rewarded and where no individual is bigger than the team. The ideal candidate will have + or - 12 months experience in MA and possess strong academics coupled with fluency in Italian with additional European languages considered a plus.
