Junior Associate Leveraged Finance
Responsibilities
- Drive the deal process forward, managing information flow to and from clients
- Manage client expectations throughout the deal process
- Ability to manage sales and trading desk demands for both leveraged loans and high yield bonds
- Assist with financial analyses and preparation of pitch documentation and leverage finance modelling
- Ability to manage a range of non-standard assignments
- Research potential targets, markets and sector trends
Skills and qualifications
- Experience in Leveraged Finance capital markets and origination is essential
- Previous experience managing junior bankers required
- Strong modelling, analytical and financial skills
- Rigorous eye for detail
- Strong financial acumen and understanding
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Insightful, reasoned and a self-starter
