Analyst/Senior Investment Analyst- Global Equities

The objective of our products is to deliver the benefits of active management in a consistent fashion to help clients meet their unique objectives.  

As an Analyst/Senior Analyst you will synthesis data and make deductive decisions, conduct onsite due diligence meetings to select managers for our fund of fund platform, compose cogent, refutable investment theses for each recommended manager, and accept accountability for those decisions. Depending on seniority and capabilities, the person will be expected to provide guidance/oversight/leadership for junior team members.

This role also carries a long-term responsibility to help further develop and implement a process driven culture in a constructive fashion. Delivering convictions with an open mind and the ability to work well in a team environment is essential.

Requirements:

·  A Bachelor’s degree along with an advanced degree and/or certification (MBA, CFA)

·  Minimum of 4 years multi-manager research experience

·  Sound working knowledge of investment strategies and capital markets

·  Deep knowledge of investment analytics e.g. StyleAnalysis, eVestment, Facstset, etc.

·  Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills. Detail oriented and ability to synthesis data and make deductive decisions. Experience with statistical models a plus.

·  Strong communication - written, verbal and presentation skills for internal/external audiences as well as strong listening and questioning skills

·  Ability to work effectively under pressure

·  Highly competent in Microsoft Office

·  Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

·  Willingness to take initiative

Location and Travel
This position will be based at corporate headquarters in Oaks, PA. Travel for this position will be required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the work environment may require an individual to move around the office and from building to building which may expose the individual to weather conditions outside. The individual has to be able to sit or be stationary at a computer and use computers for extended periods of time and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. The noise level in the environment is moderate and the individual must be able to communicate and exchange information with people in person and over the telephone and email.
