Analytics Head, Consumer Product Analytics recruitment

This role is based in Singapore and reports to Head, Consumer Product Management, APCEMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for the development of consumer product (ie credit debit) analytics, managing existing solutions and developing new and enhanced solutions.  

• Drive and developed compelling reporting and analysis, and partner with Technology Services to improve Business Intelligence capabilities.

• Take ownership of the relationship between Product and Global Systems to drive analytic infrastructure innovation.

• Develop and manage relationship with internal stakeholders to maximize efficiencies cross-functionally and cross-regionally – marketing analytics, consulting, global product analytics, decision sciences, etc.

• Develop and deliver analytical tool that increase sales support of consumer product initiatives to maximize resulting profit

• Develop and implement business strategy for consumer product analytics.   

• Drive a competitive advantage by developing compelling product analytics and strategic analysis.

• Own relationships with 3rd party vendors (such as consultants, software companies, etc.)

• Partner with internal stakeholders to help issuers provide a fact base to improve consumer product offering .

• Deepen issuer relationships by producing relevant, compelling custom analysis, and present the analysis in a compelling way.

• Manage product budgets allocated to consumer products for analytics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.

• 12+ years business experience preferably within a FS or risk environment.

• Ability to perform advanced analysis using statistical methods.

• Proven experience with report automation.

• Consumer Banking Industry knowledge or experience preferred.

• Understanding of the issuer payment card P/L

• Experience in product management

• Experience in credit risk, direct marketing, consulting.

• Detailed oriented, is expected to ensure highest level of quality/rigor in reports data analysis.
