About the role: To be in charge of all measurement, reporting and insight for the ELC and Mothercare digital platforms. This is a key role in the team and an exciting opportunity to help shape the entire digital program.
Responsibilities: • As our Analytics Manager you will be a key part of the team providing us with all of the metrics and measurement we need to drive our day to day programs and also to provide the insight that the data can give us.
• You will manage and optimise the conversion funnel and other key user journey paths to ensure relevance and optimise conversion rates.
• Using multivariate testing and A/B testing methods, you will build website personalisation and landing page strategies to drive conversions and customer acquisition.
• You will be using Coremetrics to dive into everything from revenue and visitors at a top line level, to deep dives into individual product categories, visitor paths, advice sections and promotional campaigns.
• You will set up the dashboards needed to provide different areas of the business to help them make trading decisions and to proactively help drive the strategies to ensure we are optimising sales and service.
About you: Coremetrics experience very desirable, teamed with advanced Excel skills. Ideally you will have Data modelling experience and have a solid grasp of online marketing and web analytics. Knowledge of SEO or site optimisation is beneficial.
