Computer Technician

This position is a fast track opportunity for someone with an aptitute who has the capability to expedite through to a senior technical role. If you have passed one Microsoft Server exam, or you are working towards a MCSA accreditation but have limited experience, you may be considered apply for this position.
We will train the successful applicant in managing our customer sites under the supervision of our current senior technician. This will involve comprehensive, support, maintenance, design and site liason.
We are a computer support business near Parramatta (Western Sydney Region), servicing many businesses both around Sydney and close regional areas. You will need a license and full access to a vehicle for this position.
Some of the responsibilities would include;
- Onsite customer site maintenance and job requests
- Regular remote monitoring and management
- Site server migrations, upgrades and management
- Workstation installs, clean and upgrade software
- Helpdesk and customer feedback
- Networking, Internet, Security Planning, setup and management
- Customer consultation
You will need to be able to delegate and ensure responsibilties are managed to completion.
