APAC Head – Service Delivery Management recruitment
Selected candidates will:
- Be responsible for managing the Asia Pacific Incident, Problem and Change team, and be part of the global leadership team
- Liaise with respective global heads to manage local staff aligned to global functions to ensure that the local staff delivery supports the global objectives
- Be the primary escalation point for all major incidents during the APAC time zone, including being a single point of contact for all Management requests/escalations in the region
- Be responsible for Senior management stakeholder relationship management, including holding regular meetings with regional application and infrastructure leads
- Own all audit related activities in the region, including providing management reports to senior management
To be shortlisted for the role, you would have:
- Experience of managing a large team of at least 10 people, which will involve all aspects of team management including career management
- Excellent experience with customer service / liaisoning skills in dealing with clients and customers at all levels
- ITIL V3 certification, and a strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and application services in a large organisation
- Detailed working knowledge/experience of Service Management in a large organisation, preferable within an investment banking environment
- Proven ability to clearly appreciate and focus on the business drivers behind IT service management, including a track record of consistently deliveries
- Experience managing local / virtual teams with excellent facilitation, negotiating and influencing skills, including experience in dealing with multiple support areas and / or suppliers
- Good understanding of general technology advances, and the ability to articulate the same in an individual / group setting
- Excellent Oral / written communication skills including a professional approach to situations
