Head of Financial Reporting and Control recruitment
An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional experienced Finance Professional to play a key role in the financial management of both the Bank and the newly formed Prudential Regulation Authority.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting and control, management reporting, budgeting and performance monitoring. The role involves managing a substantial team of accountants and significant exposure to senior executives across the Bank.
The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant, with a first rate academic background and a high quality career path, probably including managing the finance function of a major banking organisation. You must be technically astute, whilst also displaying evident management ability, proven team leadership skills, and be able to operate at the highest management levels.
