APAC Senior Regional Communications Specialist recruitment

The Company
Our client, a leading commodities MNC, is looking for a dynamic team player to join them in a newly created position due to expansion.

The Role
Reporting to the Regional Communications Director, you will develop, contribute to and implement communication concepts, strategies and programs to support the company's brand, image and reputation in the APAC region. You will also help increase employee engagement through efficient and effective internal communications and develop, contribute to and execute communication trainings to develop communications capabilities with partners in other areas, the businesses and functions.

In addition, you will support APAC MA and divesture projects as well as crisis management and issue management. You will develop and contribute to key messages including proof points as well as efficient and effective strategies and tactics on how to reach relevant target groups, and champion and transfer best practices to and from the APAC region.

Your Profile
You will have significant work experience in major multinational company in a regional role covering APAC and dealing with corporate communications addressing both external and internal stakeholders, including integrated communication concept and strategy development; crisis communications and issue management; media and PR; customer / corporate market communications; online communications; collateral development; employee communications; corporate responsibility communications.
