Recruitment Lead recruitment

Responsibilities:

This is a true regional role that will support a very busy head of. Responsibilities will include managing the recruitment process, managing senior stakeholders including global heads, providing market information to the business whilst implementing and improving systems and process.

Requirements:

Candidates who have a stable career background within agency and in-house roles will be preferred. You must have excellent relationship skills and be able to demonstrate managing the full recruitment process (including direct sourcing). Ideally you will also have experience of working on major recruitment campaigns involving graduate recruitment.

Remuneration:

Up to HK$1.5m a year
